This past weekend I went to check out the 37th All-American Get-Together in Pleasanton, CA! I decided it was a good excuse to dust off one of my vintage lenses and have some fun!

Check out the link to see the rest of the photos!

Thanks! I was a little disappointed because I think the polarizing filter was interfering with some of the shots, so they weren’t as sharp as I liked.

Next time, I’m shooting naked.

Don’t you hate that when some little thing that you’re not thinking about puts an asterisk on a whole set?

I took a bunch of family photos at a reunion one summer and they looked great in the camera (and turned out fine, overall), but were much grainier than I’d hoped when zooming in and really examining them on my computer . Well, I’d been messing around days prior taking some shots around the fire and had played with my film speed and never gone back to auto ISO. I’d shot the whole damn set at 3200!! Ugh... I could tell, but everyone else thought they looked great, thankfully . Just a reminder to think a little more before the next time!

You think that’s bad? For a whole year I wondered why my photos looked warmer. Turned out I had the white balance adjusted wrong the entire time!

I fixed it, but no one would ever notice because I did color corrections in Lightroom lmao!
